Of course we would like everyone to be happy with their new computer but if your not for any reason or it arrives damaged we will replace or refund

your machine within 15 Days of shipment.

Privacy policy:
All personal information is stored offline on a secured computer instore to keep everyones information safe. If you dont feel comfortable placing an order
online please call (360)-643-0159. When an order is placed online it goes through our secure online bank Paypal and all your personal information
is then taken offline for extra privacy and security.

Warranties:
One of our many goals to serve you is to provide an excellent warrany to keep you happy and your computer up to date. We offer from 1 to 3 year warranties
to protect the parts of your computer. If their are software problems or problems with upgrades a customer has done on their own, then we will not be
responsible. If problems arise with your computer that we cannot help you fix over the phone we will:
1. Pay to have your machine returned and repaired as quickly as possible.
2. Offer to pay a local repair shop to fix the problem to limit downtime. *Special arrangements will be necessary.
3. Replace the machine if it is under a year old.
We will use our best discretion to solve the problem for both of us quickly.

Our warranty plans are designed to keep your computer running as up to date as possible.
There are 2 types of warranties available:
1. 1-3 Year warranties to protect the parts in your computer.
2. Upgrading options once a year (through your warranty period) to perform upgrades, free of labor costs. After you have owned your computer for 1 year
we will pay to return the computer and perform upgrades uppon your request, and you will only pay for parts. This helps keep your computer running
at its best without having to replace it every few years.
